Generate, brand, track, and revoke client QR campaigns from one API. Bring your own redirect domain. White-label every scan page. Bulk-create 5,000 codes from a CSV. Pay per workspace, not per code.
Self-serve · No sales call required · Self-hostable on your infrastructure · 14-day trial of every paid feature
Your client's QR codes scan to qr.theirbrand.com, not Bitly. CNAME-only setup.
Scan pages use your studio's design system. No SealedQR watermark. No Bitly chrome.
One workspace per client. Role-scoped seats. Account exec, designer, client-view.
HMAC-SHA256 on every event. Auto-retry. Auto-disable on dead endpoints.
Upload 500 rows at once, get a 207 Multi-Status with per-row errors. No spreadsheet juggling.
None of these vendors are bad. They were built for different buyers. If you run a 3–25 person studio with a few-to-many client retainers, the math changes.

| White-label scan pages | Often watermarked | Yes, all paid tiers |
| Self-hosted Docker option | Not available | Yes — annual license |
| Webhook signing | Inconsistent | HMAC-SHA256, documented |
| Per-month price for 5 client workspaces | $99–249 | $99 flat |
You generate 12 QRs, drop them on billboards in five cities, get geo-segmented scan data per creative, present it back to the client as your work — with your studio's logo on the scan page, not ours.
Branded vCard QR on every attendee badge. Scans flow to your client's CRM via signed webhook. The client never sees the plumbing — they see the spreadsheet at the end of day one.
200 codes, 200 PDFs, one CSV upload, one API call to swap the linked menu when the seasonal change hits. Zero reprinting. Zero on-site IT involvement.
Each card below is something an agency can put on a statement of work and bill monthly. Every one is backed by a route or service that already ships in the SealedQR API.
Plan, generate, monitor, and rotate QR campaigns for clients. Bill a monthly retainer; deliver the campaign list, scan stats, and audit report each cycle.
Spin up per-event workspaces, bulk-generate badge / signage / collateral QRs, ship a post-event scan-stats PDF to the client. Per-event fixed fee.
Field-level private vCards for client teams (partners, executives, advisors). Rotate the token when staff leave. Reveal-request workflow on every card.
Replace static print URLs with dynamic redirects you control after the print run goes out. Change destinations, refresh tokens, audit scans without reprinting.
Quarterly or on-demand token rotation, so leaked or stale URLs cannot be repurposed. Useful for regulated clients and high-turnover staff card programs.
Monthly scan-stats reports per campaign or per workspace, sourced from the API. Brand the report in your studio template, attach to the invoice.
One-time engagement: wire scan events and reveal requests into the client CRM, marketing automation, or BI stack via HMAC-signed webhook subscriptions.
The full management API is documented at /docs. Here is the shortest path: authenticate, create a QR, embed the resulting image URL anywhere.
Or bulk-create 500 codes from a CSV in one request:
Paid tiers include unlimited QR generation. You pay for client workspaces, branded redirects, API quota, and white-label.

Yes, on every paid Agency tier. The scan page uses your studio's CSS, logo, and copy. The QR scans to qr.theirbrand.com (via a CNAME you control) — there is no "Powered by" badge unless you choose to include one.
You get a one-click full export of every workspace — QRs, scan history, webhooks, team — as JSON. We do not hold data hostage. The export is identical in shape whether you stay on SealedQR or move to a competitor; you can import back if you change your mind.
Yes — every API key issues with a sandbox flag. Sandbox QRs do not count against your plan limits and scan events on them do not fire webhooks to production endpoints. Useful for Figma plugin development and CI tests.
The agency does, by default. The data lives in your workspace and is exported under your account. If a client wants direct access, you can invite them as a "client-view" role with read-only permissions — they see their campaign's stats, nothing else.
You get every code update we ship for 12 months from the license purchase, delivered as Docker images and migration scripts. Email support covers deploy questions, upgrade paths, and bug reports. After 12 months you can renew the license at the then-current price or keep running the version you have indefinitely.
Not yet. We are pre-revenue on the Agency tier and want to learn what the first 10 paying agencies actually need before locking in partner economics. If you have a strong opinion on what a partner program should include, email us and we will design it with you.
The fastest path is a 20-minute walkthrough — I will show you the integration into your stack, no slides, no closer.
