The workflow
-
Bulk-generate 200 codes
CSV upload with 200 rows. Each code mapped to a per-store menu URL on Acme's file server. POST /api/qrs/bulk returned 201 in under three seconds.
-
Print once
Curd Studio printed table tents with embedded codes once at the start of the contract. No reprints required for menu changes — just URL swaps.
-
Swap menu on schedule
Every seasonal menu update: corporate uploads new PDFs to the file server, then Curd Studio updates the linked URL via the API. 200-store refresh in 11 minutes on average.
-
Rotate tokens on demand
When a store closes or a URL leaks, one token.rotate call kills the link without affecting the other 199 stores.
-
Weekly client report
Per-store scan counts via the metadata endpoint, packaged in a Curd Studio-branded PDF every Monday. Acme uses it to identify under-performing stores.
